Therapist
Hi, I’m Sabrina Beitelschies, LMSW. I’m an EMDR trained therapist with 8 years of experience working in child welfare and supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I also enjoy working with couples and blended families as they navigate life transitions.

Ally Jurek, LLMSW
Therapist
I am a devoted therapist, that enjoys working alongside individuals who want to strengthen themselves. It can be difficult to discuss emotions such as anger, grief, sadness, Postpartum Depression, new parenting, etc. I want to provide a safe environment for all of my clients to speak freely, to feel heard and validated.

My goal is to offer a safe space for individuals or couples that want to share their struggles, while also celebrating accomplishments! I offer a non-judgmental, affirming approach to therapy. I take pride in ensuring my clients have the tools and skills to enhance their lives.

It can be difficult to make the leap investing in our own mental health. I would love to help and support you in making those strides to better change your own confidence within yourself!

Ally will be working under the direct supervision of Alexis Ahlbaum, LMSW.
