COUPLES COUNSELING
Reconnect with the person you fell in love with.
Relationships are one of the best & hardest parts of life.
Every relationship goes through seasons where communication breaks down, conflict feels cyclical, or you simply feel like passing ships in the night. Whether you are facing a major life transition, working to rebuild broken trust, or just want to deepen your bond, you don't have to navigate it alone. Couples and marriage counseling provides a supportive, neutral space to help you step out of frustration and back into connection.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
The defensive argument loop: Having the exact same fight over and over again, where a minor disagreement quickly escalates into a major battle because you both feel misunderstood and blamed.
The heavy silence: Walking on eggshells around each other to avoid a fight, resulting in long periods of quiet distance where you feel more like roommates or passing ships than partners.
The loneliness of disconnection: Feeling completely exhausted from carrying the weight of the relationship alone, wondering if you will ever get back to the version of "us" that felt fun, safe, and connected.

Common questions about couples counseling
-
Absolutely not. In couples counseling, our client is not you, and it is not your partner—our client is the relationship itself. We are not here to act as a judge, assign blame, or decide who wins an argument. Instead, we act as neutral observers to help you both see the unhelpful patterns you get stuck in, so you can work together as a team to break them.
-
Many couples wait until things feel incredibly heavy before reaching out, and that is completely okay. As long as both partners are willing to show up, be honest, and put in the work, there is always room to rebuild trust, heal past hurts, and find your way back to connection. Therapy provides the roadmap, but your shared commitment is what creates the change.
-
It is incredibly common for one partner to feel nervous or skeptical about starting therapy. If your partner is on the fence, we often suggest inviting them to come in for just one single session to see what it’s actually like. We won't force anyone to talk, nor will we try to 'fix' one person. Our goal is simply to offer a comfortable space where you both feel safe enough to share your perspectives. However, for couples counseling to be effective, it takes two willing participants to engage in therapy.
