  • I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may look like they’re holding it together but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. You may be navigating depression, grief, trauma, a major transition, or relationships that leave you questioning yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s underneath it all so you can feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are.

  • While I support clients through a wide range of life challenges, my primary areas of focus include:

    • Anxiety & Overthinking: Quieting the constant “what-ifs,” understanding what fuels your anxiety, and feeling more grounded and secure.

    • Depression & Disconnection: Working through feeling stuck, numb, or overwhelmed and reconnecting with yourself and what matters to you.

    • Trauma & Grief: Processing painful experiences and losses at your own pace while building a greater sense of safety and connection.

    • Relationships & Attachment: Understanding relationship patterns, strengthening boundaries, and building more secure connections.

    • Self-Esteem & Perfectionism: Moving through self-doubt, people-pleasing, and harsh self-criticism toward greater confidence and self-trust.

    • Life Transitions: Navigating changes in relationships, identity, school, career, or other uncertain seasons while finding your footing.

    I use an attachment-focused, psychodynamic approach to help you understand what’s beneath the patterns keeping you stuck, work through difficult emotions and experiences, and feel more secure and connected to yourself and others.

  • I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, with over five years of outpatient therapy experience. I earned my MSW from the University of Michigan and BA in Psychology from Western Michigan University.

    My specialized trainings and certifications include:

    • Psychodynamic Approach

    • Trauma-Informed Therapy

    My interest in attachment began early in my training, observing parent-child interactions and attachment patterns through a one-way mirror. Since then, I have worked with adolescents and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, and major life transitions. These experiences have shaped my attachment-focused, psychodynamic approach and my belief in looking beyond symptoms to understand the patterns and experiences underneath them.
