Jessyca Blase
Licensed clinical social worker
I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel truly seen and accepted.
-
I walk alongside teens, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed by the weight of daily life, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or navigating major life transitions. Whether you are a teenager trying to figure out who you are, a young adult struggling to balance new responsibilities, or an adult feeling disconnected from your joy, I meet you exactly where you are. Building a strong therapeutic connection is central to my practice. I specialize in providing a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly seen, accepted, and supported as you navigate life’s heavy or confusing seasons.

While I support clients through a wide range of life challenges, my primary areas of focus include:
Life Transitions: Helping you navigate the uncertainty of major shifts—such as graduating, career changes, relationship changes, or identity growth—and finding your footing when everything feels up in the air.
Anxiety & Overthinking: Helping you quiet a racing mind, manage physical symptoms of stress, and break free from the exhausting cycle of "what-ifs."
Self-Esteem & Confidence Building: Shifting away from harsh self-criticism, recognizing your unique inner strengths, and learning to genuinely love who you are.
Depression & Disconnection: Supporting you through seasons that feel heavy or flat, helping you rebuild daily momentum and reconnect with the things that bring you purpose.
Attention & Focus Difficulties: Providing practical, real-world coping strategies to help you navigate a world that often feels overwhelming to focus in.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over five years of dedicated experience providing outpatient therapy. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. I am fully licensed in the state of Michigan (LMSW) through LARA Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
Because true healing doesn't happen with a one-size-fits-all approach, my practice blends a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to your unique story. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for practical coping tools, Attachment-Based methods to explore relational patterns, and mindfulness techniques to help ground your mind and body in the present moment.
