Licensed clinical social worker
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—helping you heal from past trauma, discover your unique strengths, and truly learn to love who you are.

I work primarily with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, offering a safe, dedicated space to process life's challenges. I utilize play therapy for children, helping young clients express themselves, heal, and grow through their natural language of play. While my focus is on individual healing—whether for an adult or a child—I am also passionate about supporting families and couples as they navigate transitions and work through challenges together. Whether I am working with an adult navigating a difficult season or a child processing big emotions, my focus is on building a genuine, trusting relationship where you (or your child) feel fully seen, valued, and understood.

While I welcome a wide range of human experiences in my practice, I specialize in helping clients navigate:
Trauma & PTSD
Childhood & Adolescent Challenges
Anxiety, Depression, & Daily Stress
Building Self-Confidence & Self-Esteem
Navigating the "Ups and Downs" of Life
ADD / ADHD
Major Life Transitions & Relationship Issues

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. I am fully licensed in the state of Michigan (LMSW) through LARA Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. I am a trained clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach used to help the brain safely process and heal from trauma and distressing life events. In my work with children, I utilize a specialized play therapy framework, creating a safe, shame-free space where kids can process emotions that they might not have the words for yet.
Across all ages, I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. I utilize a strengths-based approach, which means our work isn't just about managing symptoms—it's about uncovering the resilience and inner tools you already possess.
